Editors used            : Tread3D at start, but the program sucks when maps get big, so I had to allmost redo everything in quark to make the map work. Thanks Quark!

Compile machine         : AMD 1400Ghz, GF3TI, 512Ram.

Just unzip to your the root of your action quake dir (with subdirectories enabled).
